Sussex Freemasons have been supporting communities in Sussex since 1696. Our 160 Masonic Lodges, including specialist interest Lodges like the Rugby Lodge of Sussex, two shooting Lodges, an aviation focused Lodge, a Classic Motoring Lodge, a Motorcycling Lodge and three military Lodges, meet in 27 locations across East and West Sussex.
We also have two University Lodges where those students aged 18 or over, and in full time study, can become Freemasons.
We are a strategic partner of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme, actively supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Michael Harris, Chairman of the Sussex Masonic Charitable Foundation CIO, commented “Sussex Freemasons have a proud history of supporting young people of all ages and abilities in our communities and we are delighted to continue that support through our sponsorship of the Sussex Apprenticeships Awards”
